DELIVERY TERMS

1. General Information
The Company provides delivery of the services and products purchased by users under specific terms based on the type of product and nature of the service. The following delivery terms apply to physical products, digital products, remote services, and monthly subscriptions.

2. Physical Product Delivery
2.1. Physical products will be shipped to the payment method selected by the user and the provided delivery address.
2.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the user's location. The estimated delivery times provided on the website are not guaranteed.
2.3. Physical products can only be delivered to specific geographical regions. Users will be informed about the delivery region.
2.4. Users should inspect the product upon delivery and immediately contact the Company if there is any damage.

3. Digital Product Delivery
3.1. Digital products (software licenses, digital content, etc.) will be provided to the user digitally immediately after the payment process is completed.
3.2. Digital product delivery will be made via email, user account, or another digital channel.
3.3. Digital product delivery is completed once the user can download, access, or use the product.

4. Remote Service Delivery
4.1. Remote services (consulting, training, technical support, etc.) will be provided to the user on the agreed date and time.
4.2. The platform for delivering the service (Zoom, Google Meet, phone, etc.) will be communicated to the user.
4.3. Remote services will be delivered within the predetermined time frame and usage duration. The user is responsible for receiving these services on time.

5. Monthly Subscription Delivery
5.1. Monthly subscription services will be provided to the user at specified intervals throughout the subscription period.
5.2. Subscription services will be made available through the user account automatically. Reminders will be sent before the subscription period ends.
5.3. Users must submit their subscription cancellation requests within the specified period.
5.4. Monthly subscription services will only be provided once payment is received. Users who do not make payment will not have access to the service.

6. Delivery Issues and Refunds
6.1. Users should report any issues with delivery to the Company within 7 days.
6.2. In case of damaged physical product delivery or incorrect product delivery, users will be offered an exchange or refund opportunity.
6.3. In digital products or remote services, delivery issues are valid only for technical reasons. Such issues will be evaluated by the Company, and solutions will be provided as necessary.

7. Changes to Delivery Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify delivery methods and conditions without prior notice. Users are responsible for keeping track of these changes.
